Once you've taken Bombs down to zero health, run for cover and use their explosion to damage other opponents!
From the entrance to Tida Village defeating the Carrion Worm to your right will net you a Cure magicite. There's another monster nearby so be careful not to get surrounded.
List of Magicite and its Effects
In order to reach the areas that contain treasure chests 5 and 6 you can't simply place a key in the pedestal to open the gate as they're covered by plants. Casting Fire only makes their tendrils grow back multiple times. Casting Fira makes them grow back only once. Casting Firaga will burn the tendrils away completely, allowing you to unlock the gates and claim your treasure.
As you enter and start to proceed through the second map you'll run into spider's nests blocking your way. As you won't be able to continue, burn them down with Fire.
If you don't happen to have a Fire magicite on hand you can strike a nearby red pillar to release some flames to help you on your way.
In order for this to work all players should have Fire magicite equipped. As long as you pick up any Fire magicite you can continually cast Fire.
Doing this will allow you to easily cast Firaga which can make your fight with the boss easier (Lilty players should stick to physical attacks).
Fire Magicite - How to Get and Uses
On your next visit to Tida Village you will find it has become infested with Abaddon, large flying monsters. Cast Gravity on them to bring them down and pick them off.
