Crafting Weapons requires a specific Scroll associated with that Weapon.
Once you have the Scroll, the set of required Materials, and the needed amount of Gil, you can visit a Blacksmith to craft the Armor for you. That said, keep in mind that each Blacksmith only has a limited set of Weapons they can craft, so be sure to visit the right one!
These Swords were all found in the original game for the GameCube, and only these Swords can be obtained without visiting Post-Game Dungeons or buying DLC.
