How to Trigger the Coffin Easter Egg
Finish the Game
To trigger the Coffin easter egg, you need to finish the main story first. The main story consists of 16 episodes in total.
List of Orders (Story Walkthrough)
Sleep at West Fort Knot with the Coffin Board
Fabricate a Coffin Board and have it attached to Sam's back. Go to the West Fort Knot in Australia and sleep at the front of the Distribution Center.
A cutscene will play out showing a disturbing scene with Higgs coming out of the coffin and then releasing his tentacles to mess with Sam's body. Sam will then wake up from this nightmare after the disturbing scene.
