There are a total 17 trophies related to the main story of Death Stranding 2. 16 bronze trophies are earned by playing the game until Episode 15, with the final silver trophy being awarded after finishing Episode 16.

Cargo and Delivery Trophies

Trophy How to Get
Bronze TrophyStandard Porter
Complete a Standard Order for the first time.
Standard Orders are unlocked during Order No. 010.
Gold Trophy Seasoned Porter
Complete 10 deliveries, 10 recoveries, 10 elimination or destruction standard orders with an S rank in Casual difficulty or above.
Can be easily done if you spam standard orders during the early game. Just make sure you're playing in Casual difficulty or higher.
Bronze TrophyHelping People to Connect
Complete an aid request for the first time.
Aid Requests can come from facility NPCs or other players. The easiest way to do this is to complete a player aid request for a specific item type since these are easily crafted.
Silver Trophy A Premier Porter
Achieve a porter grade of 40 or higher in all categories.
Requires you to get level 40 in Combat, Porter, Stealth, Servicemanship, and Bridge Link. Do note that Bridge Link requires you to be online (no PS+ required).
Bronze TrophyCompulsive Cargo Carrier
Deliver a total of 500 pieces of cargo.
Easily achieved by spamming Standard Orders and retrieving Lost Cargo. You can make this easier by going around the map with a Pickup Off-Roader that has the Sticky Cannon attachment.
Bronze TrophyHeavy Lifter
Deliver cargo weighing a total of two tons.
Can be obtained early since some of the first big deliveries you make will be for heavy items like in Order No. 015 where you deliver a lot of heavy aid packages.
Bronze TrophyLong-Distance Lugger
Reach a total distance traveled of 80km upon completion of an order.
Easily obtained during while doing the main story orders.

Trophy How to Get
Bronze Trophy Creature Comforter
Deliver a wild animal to the Animal Shelter for the first time.
Simply find a wild animal and press Square to pack it up into an animal transporter. Then, deliver it to the Animal Shelter facility. The kangaroo you save during the main story does not count.
Bronze Trophy Rare Specimen Rescuer
Deliver an albino animal to the Animal Shelter for the first time.
Find an all-white animal, approach it, then press Square to pack it up into an animal transporter. Deliver it to the Animal Shelter facility to get the trophy.
Bronze Trophy Written in the Stars
Study the night sky for the first time.
Can be obtained by bathing in the Hot Spring next to The Motherhood and looking up at the night sky. You'll visit this location in Order No. 026.
Bronze Trophy A Private Show!
Watch a live performance in your private room.
Play the song Horizon Dreamer while you're in your room aboard the DHV Magellan. Then, speak to Dollman while the song is playing and choose Just a quick one to see his dance.
Bronze Trophy So YOU’RE the Pizza Chef!
Discover the truth about the Pizza Chef.
Reach at least 2★ connection level with the Pizza Chef. Then, find the lost cargo, Pizza Chef's Misanga at the nearby bandit camp and deliver it to the Pizza Chef to get this easter egg trophy.
Silver Trophy Showdown at the Tar Lake
Defeat the Lord of the Tar Lake.
Bronze TrophyThe Headless Riders Unmasked
Solve the riddle of the headless riders.
Silver Trophy Savior of Terminal Fort Knot
Prevent Terminal Fort Knot from falling victim to a voidout.
Bronze TrophyThe Real Story of the Ghost Hunter
Reveal the truth about the Ghost Hunter.
Silver Trophy The Scars Left by the Giants
Arrive at the BT nexus in the F3 crater.
Can be achieved very early. As soon as you gain access to the Dowser, simply make a beeline for the shore next to large crater in the northern part of Australia. Then, use your Odradek scanner to find the yellow sections of the tar sea that allow you to cross using a vehicle. Reach the crater edge to get the trophy.
Bronze Trophy BT’s Best Friend
Capture a large BT for the first time.
Use the EX Capture Grenades you unlock in Order No. 033 to capture a large BT.
Bronze TrophyConqueror of the Golden CC
Defeat the golden chiral creature.
Look for small, golden chiral creatures (near tar pits or near the Animal Shelter) and shoot them to get the trophy.

Building Trophies

Bronze TrophyMy First Structure
Build your first structure (any structure – signs, ladders, etc.)
Can be obtained as soon as you unlock the PCC Lv1 during Order No. 003.
Bronze TrophyMaster Builder
Build every structure type, including tools, deployable shields, electric traps and any sign.
Requires you to unlock the PCC Lv2 during Order No. 021 and then unlock all possible structures by raising connection levels with facilities.
Bronze Trophy Road Restorer
Restore one section of road.
Deposit the required number of Chiral Crystals, Metals, and Ceramics into an Auto Paver to restore a section of road.
Bronze Trophy Dig, Dig, Dig!
Restore three mines.
The easiest mines to restore while still completing the main story will be Smoke Hill Mine, Mine North of F1, and the Mine Near F3 Crater.
Bronze Trophy Rail Restorer
Restore and fully reopen a monorail line.
Restore the Tracklayers leading to the F2 South Distribution Center by depositing Chiral Crystals, Special Alloys, and Resin.
Bronze TrophyEmergency Worker
Deliver emergency support for the first time.
Repair a damaged structure after a timefall to get this trophy. Open your map and look for yellow or red hammer icons on green structures to find a structure to repair.
Bronze TrophySpring into Life
Dig a hot spring for the first time.
Can be obtained once you unlock a specific schematic after reaching The Motherhood.

Facility Connection Level Trophies

Trophy How to Get
Silver Trophy Keep on Connecting
Connect all facilities using your Q-pid.
While most facilities will get linked during the main story, some will be left out as optional side content. Deliver lost cargo to these locations to link them to the chiral network.
Gold Trophy Connecting Hearts and Minds
Maximize your connection level with all facilities.
Requires you to get a 5★ connection level with all facilities. Of all trophies, this is the most time consuming to earn.

Send a Like for the first time.
Like a structure or sign by pressing the Touchpad when near it.
Bronze TrophyA First Glimpse of the SSS
Read an SSS post for the first time.
Easily obtained by opening an SSS message and liking it for the first time. You'll likely get this trophy during the early portions of the game when Fragile sends you an SSS post.
Bronze Trophy Self-Improvement
Activate an APAS enhancement for the first time.
Use Memory to purchase an unlocked skill in the APAS Enhancements menu. This is unlocked after Order No. 009.
Bronze Trophy A Life Well Liked
Receive a total of 2400 or more Likes for completing orders.
Simply accumulate 2400 Likes from orders. Easily achieved during the first few sections of gameplay by bringing along Lost Cargo while delivering to facilities.
Bronze Trophy A Porter at Peak Popularity
Receive a total of 50000 or more Likes for completing orders.
Bronze Trophy My First Training Session
Complete a VR Training program for the first time.
The VR Training Room and its training programs are unlocked after Order No. 002.
Bronze Trophy Making It Your Own
Use a screenshot taken in Photo Mode to decorate your private room.
Use Photo Mode (press the left side of the Touchpad) and take a picture. Then, use it as your new wallpaper inside any facility Private Room to get this trophy.
Bronze TrophyPorters Make the World Go Round
Barter with another porter for the first time.
After unlocking porters (NPCs that start appearing in the open world), you can barter with them by going near them, taking their offered cargo, and offloading one of your own next to them. Once they pick up your cargo, you'll get this trophy.
Bronze TrophyPromising Signs
Construct an online aid request sign for the first time.
Hold down the Down D-pad button to open the signs menu. Then go to the Aid Request signs and pick one you want to set down. Requires you to be Online (no PS+ required).
