The four-digit code to unlock the Motherhood door is the birthday you entered at the start of the game. The format is MMDD (Month / Day). For example, if you set your birthday to 06/20, the code will be 0620. You'll be able to complete Order No. 26 right after the door opens.

Check Your Birthdate on the Corpus

You can check the Corpus and find the Motherhood under the Facilities tab. The entry provides a clue that the door code is your birthday. It also lets you view the exact birthdate you entered at the start of the game.
