To find Usada Pekora, you'll need to head to the Data Scientist's bunker. The Data Scientist won't show himself, instead, you'll be greeted with a v-tuber avatar, Usada Pekora.

The Data Scientist is the 25th destination you'll need to reach and connect to the Chiral Network. From the Pizza Chef, take the Data Scientist's order and deliver the pizza to the Scientist to first get acquainted with Usada Pekora.
