| 1 |  You'll be delivering a lot of cargo to a distant location for this order. Use a Pickup Off-Roader and load all of the essential cargo onto the truck. Don’t forget to bring a PCC as well to build a Generator in case you run out of battery during the trip. But if you're playing online, you should see some Generators built by other porters along the way, thanks to the Social Strand System. |
| 2 |  When you're ready, drive north to the Mine North of F1 and continue forward until you reach the beach. While a long drive, this route avoids the rocky terrain of the mountain to the east. |
| 3 |  Follow the beach going east until you see a Brigands’ base. From there, head northeast to reach the Northern Environmental Observatory. |
| 4 |  Interact with the Terminal at the Observatory to complete the order. Before continuing the story, we recommend stocking up on Blood Bags, Blood Grenades, and weapons now, as Order No. 017 features a lengthy gunfight on a separate map. |

Blood Boomerang
Completing Order No. 016 - Deliver All Aid Packages to the Northern Environmental Observatory will unlock the Blood Boomerang, a throwable weapon loaded with Sam's blood that is effective against BTs.
