Unlock the instant camera by completing order 029 in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach (DS2) and use it aboard the DHV Magellan. Learn how to unlock and use the instant camera and where to find photos you've taken with it.
How to Unlock Instant Camera
Complete Order 029
Complete Main Order 029 to get the Instant Camera as a reward and unlock its use. This order is accessible in Australia at the Motherhood's delivery terminal.
How to Use Instant Camera

Enter the Private Room in the DHV Magellan
In order to use the instant camera, you must be inside the Private Room in the DHV Magellan. It cannot be used in private rooms at other facilities or while exploring outside. For capturing moments during deliveries, use Photo Mode instead.
Pan Camera to the Left and Choose Take Photo
Inside the DHV Magellan's private room, move the Right stick to the left until the Instant Camera comes into view (between Dollman and the first aid box), then press the Square button.
Pick a Location for the Photoshoot

Once you've selected the instant camera, pick a location where you'll carry out the shots.
Press X Button to Take Photos
After you have chosen a location, Fragile, Rainy, and Tomorrow will strike poses. Press the X button to take the photos. You can retake pictures with different poses in any of the available locations.
Keep or Give the Photo
Once you've taken the shot and are satisfied with your photo, you can either keep it in your private room or give it to Tomorrow.
Where to Find Photos from Instant Camera
In Private Room in DHV Magellan and Photos Tab
The photos that you took with the Instant Camera and chose to keep will appear in your Private Room in the DHV Magellan. You can also find them in the Photos tab of the Social Strand Service on the Ring Terminal.
