Connect Areas to the Chiral Network

Firmware Update Increase Memory

You can start earning Memory by receiving Firmware Updates when you connect previously unlinked areas in Australia. After unlocking your first set of skills and completing Order No. 009, you'll have a total of 100 Memory Points in your pool.

Afterward, each new connection you establish in Australia provides Firmware Updates that expand your Memory Pool, allowing you to equip more Skills (APAS Enhancements). Depending on the area connected, you can earn +20–35 Memory for each update after connecting an area to the network.

Increased Memory Connection Level

As you raise your Connection Level with an area by completing orders and returning lost cargo, you'll earn a Firmware Update that grants +15 Memory Points each star. You also receive other rewards such as weapons or equipment schematics.

The Memory Pool You Can Earn Is Nearly Infinite

Connections and Memory

With the number of connections you can make across Australia, and each one offering multiple Connection Levels that grant Firmware Updates for increased Memory, there's a near-limitless amount of Memory Points you can earn.

Since you can earn Memory with every new connection, you have plenty of flexibility to mix and match APAS Enhancements and Skills to suit your playstyle as you continue linking more of the continent.

Respec Skills to Refund Memory Points

Remove APAS Enhancement

You can respec at any time by removing a skill in the APAS Enhancements menu, which refunds the points back into your total Memory Pool. This ensures that your total Memory Pool remains intact, and you never lose any points since spent points can always be refunded.
