Troy Baker portrays Higghs Monaghan in the Death Stranding series, bringing the character to life through his motion capture and acting performance. He reprises his role as Higgs in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.

Baker has played and voice acted for some iconic video game characters, such Joel from The Last of Us, Booker DeWitt in Bioshock Infinite, and Revolver Ocelot in Metal Gear Solid V.
