Build a Watchtower in the Specified Location

| 1 |  From Villa Libre, head south toward the mountains. If you still have the Pickup Off-Roader from the previous order, you can drive it up to the Watchtower location. Just follow the road uphill that leads to the area near the overgrown ruins. |
| * |  As you drive through the mountains, watch out for Chiral Creatures. They can trigger a short-circuit and drain your vehicle's battery. |
| 2 |  Once you're at the Watchtower site, open your Weapons/Tools menu, choose the PCC Lv1, and select the Watchtower to build it. The PCC can be used to build various structures. |
| 3 |  Interact with the Watchtower to scan the Bandit camp just southeast of your position. You can mark enemies, cargo, and structures, making it useful to plan your approach. |
