| 1 |  From the Western Environmental Observatory, make your way northeast toward the Brigands' base. |
| 2 |  Once there, destroy the communications disruptor, which is found north of the base. You can either sneak in and hack the device or shoot your way through the Brigands and destroy it by brute force. Regardless of your strategy, make sure to offload your backpack in a safe area to shield your cargo from enemy attacks. Just don't forget to retrieve it afterward. ▶ How to Take Off Backpack |

Shotgun [MP] Lv1
Completing Order No. 011 - Destroy the Communications Disruptor and Deliver the Mysterious Recording to the Musician will unlock the Shotgun [MP] Lv1, which is more effective against BTs and Mechs and comes equipped with a flashlight.
