Complete Order No. 021
Boost Skeleton Lv1 can be unlocked after connecting The Dowser to the Q-pid. This can be achieved after you complete Order No. 021.
3★ Connection Reward - The Dowser
Boost Skeleton Lv2 can be unlocked after reaching Level 3 Connection with The Dowser.
4★ Connection Reward - The Dowser
Boost Skeleton Lv3 can be unlocked after reaching Level 4 Connection with The Dowser.
