The President is a new character in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. He is played by Alastair Duncan - an actor famous for his video game roles as Mimir in the God of War series reboot and the popular Senator Armstrong in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

At the time of writing, the role of The President (Alastair Duncan) is still unknown and his affiliation with the UCA is a mystery. In Death Stranding 1, the title of president was Bridget Strand's.
