Death Stranding 2 On the Beach (DS2)

Emergency Worker Trophy Guide

Emergency Worker Trophy Guide

Emergency Worker is a bronze trophy in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach (DS2). Read on to learn how to get the Emergency Worker trophy as well as how to repair structures in-game.

How to Get the Emergency Worker Trophy

Repair a Damaged Structure to Get the Trophy

The Emergency Worker trophy can easily be earned by simply finding a damaged structure and repairing it. Damaged structures will start appearing where environmental hazards like flooding or plate quakes occur.

Zoom on Structures to find the Damaged Structure Icon

To easily find damaged structure you can repair, open your map and look for the different structure icons dotting the landscape. If they have a yellow or red hammer symbol, it means they are damaged and can be repaired to get this trophy.

Offline Players Can Repair NPC Structures

If you're playing offline, you can opt to repair NPC-made structures and it will still count towards earning the trophy. Some preppers like the Dowser will construct Zip-Lines around her base that you can repair after linking her to the Chiral Network.

How to Repair Structures

Hold Square Next to a Damaged Structure to Access the Terminal

To repair a structure, simply approach it and hold down Square to open its access terminal. Then, navigate to Repair Structure to see what it costs to fully restore the structure.

Note: If you plan to siphon materials off of a vehicle you brought with you, make sure it's parked close to the structure otherwise, the access terminal won't register its inventory.

Spend Materials to Repair the Structure

Naturally, damaged structures will require you to spend materials in order to repair them. You can spend one type or multiple types of items to fulfill the repair request.

Chiral Crystals can be used in lieu of other materials (especially if you don't have any on hand), or you can use any combination of materials used to craft the structure in order to repair it.
