Complete Order No. 024
To find the Pizza Chef, you'll first need to progress the main story until you get Order No. 024. Link the Pizza Chef's hideout to the chiral network and complete his sub order and succeeding main orders to progress. Upon completing Order No. 024, you'll unlock Order No. 025 and Sub Order 105.
Continue Playing Until the Pizza Chef's Misanga Spawns
Unfortunately, the next item you'll need in order to progress this hidden side quest will randomly appear as you progress the main story. From our experience, the Pizza Chef's Misanga started spawning in Bandit Camps after accepting Order No. 029.
Keep playing and visiting the Bandit Camps near the Motherhood and the Pizza Chef to check if the Pizza Chef's Misanga has spawned (its presence can be confirmed by a simple Odradek scan near the camp).
Complete Sub Order 106 to Unlock Pizza Chef Sub Orders
Prior to finishing Order No. 029, players will notice a drought of content when it comes to the Pizza Chef. Don't worry, simply continue the story until order No.029 and new sub orders should unlock for him.
You should aim to complete Sub Order 106 for the Data Scientist (Usada Pekora) as soon as it becomes available to unlock Sub Order 107 that has you retrieve pizza boxes for the Pizza Chef.
Retrieve the Pizza Chef's Misanga and Return It

Visit Bandit camps regularly to scan and find the Pizza Chef's Misanga. Remember, this isn't a unique type of lost cargo. Multiple instances of it can start appearing across different camps at the same time.
Once you have it in your possession, load it up and deliver it back to the Pizza Chef to progress this hidden mission.
Defeat the Ghost Mechs Inside the Pizza Chef's Hideout
Once the Pizza Chef gets the Pizza Chef's Misanga, the door to his hideout will open. Head down and prepare yourself for a fight since his room will be guarded by 2 Ghost Mechs. Kill them to meet the Pizza Chef. Watch the cutscene to get the So You're the Pizza Chef trophy.
So You're the Pizza Chef Rewards
Great Spinning Pizza Strike Move and the Rubber Pizza Throwable
On top of getting the trophy, you'll also be rewarded with a new melee move called The Great Spinning Pizza Strike. You can view and practice this new move by using the VR Training Room.
If you manage to reach 2★ Connection Level with the Pizza Chef after this hidden quest, you'll also get the Rubber Pizza throwable item that you can use to stealthily take down enemies.
