| * |  Order No. 010 is an Elimination order, which means that you will have to defeat enemies in a specified area. Prepare by crafting weapons and stocking up on Blood Bags using the Terminal. |
| 1 |  After making your preparations, head west to the Western Environmental Observatory. |
| 2 |  Use the Dollman to scout the area. To do this, open the Weapons/Tools menu, and press X to equip the Dollman Cam. Once equipped, throw the Dollman into the air to get an aerial view of your surroundings and mark enemies. |
| 3 |  When you're ready, enter the Western Environmental Observatory and eliminate the Brigands however you choose. You can either sneak up on them from behind or go in guns blazing. ▶ Sneaking Guide |
| 4 |  Once all Brigands have been eliminated, interact with the Terminal in the Observatory to complete the order. |
Order No. 010 Unlockables
Grenade Pistol, MP Grenade, and Battle Skeleton
Completing Order No. 010 - Liberate the Western Environmental Observatory will unlock the Grenade Pistol [MP] and MP Grenade.
If you pre-ordered the game or purchased the Digital Deluxe or Collector's Edition, you will also receive the Battle Skeleton. The variation of the Battle Skeleton will depend on the edition you purchased.
