Destroying tar drugs for Standard Order 293 in Death Stranding On the Beach (DS2) can be done with an Assault Rifle or by throwing the cargo into the sea. Learn the different methods of how to destroy tar drugs.

Shoot Using Your Gun

The fastest way to destroy tar drugs for Standard Order 293 is to shoot them with an Assault Rifle. Just a couple of shots will do the trick.

Use Grenades and Explosive as Alternatives

Alternatively, you can also use a Grenade Pistol or MP Grenades. However, this method will require a significant number of grenades, making it less efficient. Only use this if you have plenty available.

Throw Out into the Sea

If you don't have any ammo or grenades to spare, you can destroy the tar drugs by throwing them out into the sea. You'll recieve a notification that the cargo is destroyed in a few seconds and if not, you'll have to get the cargo again so be sure to throw it in a deep river.

To perform this action, hold R2 to grab the cargo, then release R2 as you press Circle to throw.

Run Over with a Pickup Off-Roader

If you currently have a Pickup Off-Roader, you can run over the tar drugs to destroy them. You'll know you're succeeding when they start glowing red. However, be aware that this method takes a long time.

Whenever a cargo is destroyed, you'll receive a notification, and that will count towards the completion of your order.
