| 1 |  Order No. 018 involves Hazardous cargo, so it's best to approach this order with caution. Bring a Pickup Off-Roader and a Floating Carrier to safely transport the items you'll recover. |
| 2 |  When you're ready, head southwest toward the Brigands' base. Park your Pickup Off-Roader in a concealed area, where it is hidden from enemy sight. |
| 3 |  At the base, you can either sneak in and steal the cargo or shoot your way through the Brigands. ▶ Sneaking Guide |
| 4 |  Use your Scanner to locate the two Weapon Sets and the Burrowing Bomb. They can be found on the southwestern part of the base. Deploy your Floating Carrier, attach it to your waist, and load each item onto it as you find them. ▶ How to Use the Scanner |
| 5 |  Once you've retrieved all three items, carefully return to your Pickup Off-Roader, load the cargo into the truck, and drive back to the Northern Environmental Observatory. Interact with the Terminal to complete the order. |
