| 1 |  Your cargo is labeled Do Not Submerge, meaning it will take damage if submerged in water. With that in mind, avoid water whenever possible and bring tools to keep the cargo dry. For this order, use a Pickup Off-Roader to transport the cargo and keep it elevated from floods and rivers. ▶︎ How to Cross Rivers |
| 2 |  When you're ready, head northwest toward the F2 South Distribution Center. The first river is shallow enough to cross safely. |
| 3 |  After crossing the river, a Timefall will occur in a nearby BT area, making traversal more difficult and increasing the risk of your cargo getting submerged. You can continue west of the BT area, then cross the river up north where it’s shallow. |
| * |  If you want to clear the Timefall and even farm Chiral Crystals, head to the center of the BT area to trigger a mini boss fight against a Lion BT. Aim for its head and throw Blood Grenades for maximum damage. Once defeated, the BTs and flooding will disappear, cleariing the northwest route. Combat Boots and Pickip Off-Roader Components
Completing Order No. 019 - Deliver Necrobiotes to the F2 South Distribution Center will unlock the Combat Boots, as well as weapon components for the Pickup Off-Roader, namely the Sticky Cannon and Heavy Machine Gun.
