Order No. 014 Unlockables
Tar Cannon
Completing Order No. 014 - Deliver All Terraforming Equipment to Rainbow Valley will unlock the Tar Cannon, a turret that can extinguish fires, as well as knock humans unconscious and suppress smaller enemies.
