Talk to Daoist Mi and Defeat Nearby Enemies

Daoist Mi can be found in Purple Cloud Mountain, Petalfall Hamlet, which is a secret area in Chapter 4. Starting from the shrine there, just follow the path forward, where you'll cross a bridge and climb a flight of stairs before reaching the boss' location. Talk to him first and then kill the nearby enemies for a random drop of the Violet Hail.
