    The axe npc moves locations after a few of the carts are killed, the guides say to go see him after every cart you kill but I killed 4 then talked to him, he moved locations then talked to him again and he met me at the last carts location by the huge ice barrier mirror looking object to get into secret area. He npc moves to the location of cart #3 I believe on the way up the mountain.

    After I beat the yin yang fish I was able to get the transformation but now the final cart won't appear so I can't get into the secret area. Make sure to defeat all carts then get the dark thunder transformation after

    you can finish the whole "sidequest" before beating the chapter i just did

    Unsure if the part about the horse guai quest is correct. All other guides say to talk to him, then beat the chapter before finishing his quest.
