Executioner Miralda is a special NPC that only appears when the World Tendency is in an extreme state. In a Pure Black or Pure White World Tendency, the gate leading to the Execution Grounds opens.

White Tendency

In Pure White World Tendency, she appears in a living body form and drops the Binded Armor Set and Master's Ring if killed.

You Can Find a Colourless Demon Soul

Executioner Miralda - Colourless Demon Soul

If you can safely make it down past the bridge Miralda is on, you’ll find a Colourless Demon Soul. These are used to upgrade unique weapons so be sure to pick it up!
