This guide will show you how to find Stockpile Thomas in Demon's Souls Remake. Read on to learn more about his purpose in the game.
List of Contents
Stockpile Thomas can be found in the main area of the Nexus. He is one of the most useful NPCs in the game. He can store items you don't want to carry around with you all the time. Thomas can hold on to up to 99 of any expendable items or 999 of any ammunition.
Thomas' item duping bug is no longer available in the PS5 remake of Demon's Souls. Since it is no longer possible to duplicate items in this version, it is suggested to just do the normal method.
The original PS3 version of the game, however, still allows you to exploit Thomas' item duping bug. You can duplicate grass, weapon enchancement materials, Demon Souls, etc.
|1||Have an item you want to duplicate.|
|2||Talk to Blacksmith Boldwin and go to the item selection screen.|
|3||If you go to Thomas while the item screen is displayed, the screen will disappear.|
|4||Press the Start button to exit the screen.|
|5||If you deposit the items you want to multiply, the number of items will increase up to their maximum number.|
Exhaust all of Stockpile Thomas' dialog and he will request you to look for his daughter's Jade Hair Ornament. In exchange, he will reward you the Ring of Herculean Strength. The ring raises the player's maximum item burden by 60.
|Chain||Jade Hair Ornament|
The Jade Hair Ornament can be found in Boletarian Palace. Once you've reached the top of the watchtower, cut the chain blocking the entrance and the gate will fall over. Enter the watchtower and you will see a corpse. Loot the corpse to get the Jade Hair Ornament.
If you attack Stockpile Thomas, he will be in hostile mode and you will not be able to deposit items. Be careful not to attack Thomas, as you will be throwing away items and equipment that you have stored in his inventory.
If Thomas is hostile towards you, offer 25,000 souls to the Goddess Statue in the Nexus and the hostility of Thomas and other NPCs will be waived. You can also unlock other new features such as re-customizing your character's appearance.
