This guide will show you how to level up in Demon's Souls Remake. Read on to learn more when you can start raising your level.

When Can I Level Up?

Speak with the Monumental After Defeating the Phalanx

Before you can begin leveling up, you must first defeat the boss of Boletarian Palace, the Phalanx. Then, return to the Nexus and speak with the Monumental.

Once you have spoken with the Monumental, talk to the Maiden in Black and make sure you select Yes when she asks if you seek soul power. Only then you will now be allowed to spend souls to level up in the game.

Seek Soul Power from the Maiden in Black

Seek Soul Power

Talk to the Maiden in Black if you want to raise your Soul Level. The image above shows the screen that will appear if you seek soul power from her. Unlike in the PS3 version, the remake makes it possible to level up multiple stats.
