Where to Find Mephistopheles

Mephistopheles Location
Appears in The Nexus After Rescuing Yurt
Mephistopheles doesn't appear until you've rescued Yurt, the Silent Chief and attained Pure Black Character Tendency. If you rescue Yurt and then kill him, she'll still appear. You can find her on the second floor of the Nexus.
Mephistopheles Assassination Side Quest
Mephistopheles can initiate a series of assassination side quests. If any of the targets are already dead when Mephistopheles should've offered you their assassination quest, she'll offer you the next target in the list instead.
If Mephistopheles appears in your game and you fail to kill Yurt, he will kill the targets in the list instead. Listed below are the targets and rewards.

Mephistopheles Attacks You After Killing All Targets
If you talk to Mephistopheles after all of the targets have been killed, she will attack you. Mephistopheles is a powerful opponent who can use Soulsucker on you to reduce your soul level. If you kill her, she drops the Parrying Dagger, Epee Rapier, Gold Mask, and Ring of the Accursed.
