The fog door you will soon come upon is the entrance to the Old Monk's arena. Rather than a conventional boss fight, another player will become the Old Monk and fight you, so be prepared for anything.

 Watch Out for Black Phantoms |

There's a Crystal Lizard at the Top! |
You will run into two Mindflayer Black Phantoms on your way up the stairs. Just like the last two areas, avoid their paralysis spell or risk taking heavy damage.
At the top of the staircase you will see a Crystal Lizard. Unfortunately, it is quite close to the Black Phantoms, so you'll have to go after it quick.
