Simply put, Fractured World mirrors the game world. The game world is flipped, including the hands you use to equip weapons. NPCs, items, and bosses don't respawn. Also, the Ceramic Coin item is only obtainable while in Fractured Mode. For more information on obtaining the Ceramic Coins to open the hidden door, see our guide below.

You can unlock the Fractured World game mode by making a one-time offer of 25,000 souls to the Goddess Statue in the Nexus. You can also unlock other new features such as re-customizing your character's appearance.
