Rescue Biorr of the Twin Fangs
If you help Biorr of the Twin Fangs, he will join you with your fight against the Penetrator. With Biorr's help, the fight should be extremely easy.
How to Rescue Biorr
To rescue Biorr, return to the Tower Knight's area. Open the door using the Iron Ring Key. Defeat the Fat Official located inside and open the door to Biorr's Cell.
Wait for an Attack and then Strike
The Penetrator's attacks are large, and dodging them will be easy once you get used to the timing. Dodge its attacks and then attack to defeat it.
Watch Out for a Thrust Attack when the Sword Glows
Watch out for a piercing attack when the Penetrator's sword begins to strongly glow. It is a very powerful attack that can one-shot you. Be sure to dodge this attack.
Be Sure to Maintain your Stamina for Dodging
Be aware of your stamina throughout the fight. The Penetrator has an aggressive move set which makes it easy to burn through stamina by constantly dodging.
Do Not Hide On the Pillars
The pillars offers little to no protection against the fight with the Penetrator. His attacks will easily break the pillars so if you wish to heal yourself, aim to use an item after he attacks.
Penetrator Cheese Strategies
Firestorm Strategy
Whiel not exactly a cheese strategy, it can still be called an auto-win button.

Before entering the fog, bring yourself to critical health (can easily be done by letting enemies hit you or using a self damaging weapon like the Makoto). After entering the fog, bait one of his attacks then immediately use Firestorm. Due to the Penetrator's small stature (compared to other bosses), the Firestorm may not immediately kill him so stay away and replenish your MP with some spices then repeat.
