The survivors of Colony 6 have sought safety in the Refugee Camp (Landmark D). You may miss the quests offered by them if you initiate To Colony 6! or The Road Home without completing quests offered by the refugees. Once you complete either quest, the Refugee Camp will be empty and you can begin the Colony 6 Reconstruction questline.
