How to Use Freezinate

Use Freezinate by targeting an enemy and activating the art. It will hurl an ice bolt to that singular enemy, inflicting Chill, which damages over time.

This is good to target large tanky enemies and help put their health down as they're being attacked, and it's better to use this than Burninate for Bosses and the single strong enemies.
