How to Use Cool Off

Unlike other characters, Cool Off bar fills for every Art Sharla uses. When it fills up, Sharla must take some time to cool off her gun automatically, rendering her unable to use arts and shoot. You can cool off at any time by selecting Cool Off, but once you hit the max limit Sharla will use this Art automatically.
