Thunder is a unique art that allows you to daze any enemy without having to topple them by simply turning your back on them with an aura active, which one can do by using Tempest Kick.
Naturally, this is a good art provided you're controlling Dunban as party leader. Unfortunately, this tradeoff can mean losing full control over Monado Arts (since you're controlling Dunban and not Shulk), reducing its value, since Dunban can't be relied on to execute the combo himself under AI control.
As such, we've placed this art in the C-tier due to the specific conditions needed to make the best use of it. It'll be much higher in a party setup led by Dunban.

Due to its somewhat niche nature or lack of utility, we do not recommend setting or investing AP into this Art. Generally speaking, your AP will better be spent on Dunban's other Arts. However, there are some builds that may make use of this Art, so only if you are running one of those should you invest your AP here.

The way this art is graded, described and the "How to use" are not accurate. Thunder doesn't need the enemy to be toppled to inflict 'Daze'. it can inflict 'daze' on any enemy as long as it is behind dunban, if the latter has an aura (should always be the case). Also, it is extremely easy to get the enemy behind you by using "Tempest kick". Thus, this art is very useful against enemies that are immune to topple, as it still allow you to inflict 'Daze' on them. Grade should be 'A' , not 'C' .
