Thunder is a unique art that allows you to daze any enemy without having to topple them by simply turning your back on the, (can be comboed with Tempest Kick). It is an extremely great art if you're using Dunban as the party leader. This, however, can be optimal in some way but is also highly disadvantageous with having no full control over monado arts.
We placed it in the C tier due to the extreme conditions needed to use the art but it is definitely a good art for a specific dunban leader setup.

Due to its somewhat niche nature or lack of utility, we do not recommend setting or investing AP into this Art. Generally speaking, your AP will better be spent on Dunban's other Arts. However, there are some builds that may make use of this Art, so only if you are running one of those should you invest your AP here.

The way this art is graded, described and the "How to use" are not accurate. Thunder doesn't need the enemy to be toppled to inflict 'Daze'. it can inflict 'daze' on any enemy as long as it is behind dunban, if the latter has an aura (should always be the case). Also, it is extremely easy to get the enemy behind you by using "Tempest kick". Thus, this art is very useful against enemies that are immune to topple, as it still allow you to inflict 'Daze' on them. Grade should be 'A' , not 'C' .
