How to Use Tempest Kick

After doing Gale Slash, you will see a blue exclamation mark next to the Tempest Kick's art icon.

When you use it with this exclamation mark present, it should remove enemy buffs upon hitting. Use this against enemies that rely on buffing themselves and others up in order to be more effective.
