How to Use Worldly Slash

After doing Gale Slash, you will see a blue exclamation mark next to the Worldy Slash's art icon.

When you use it with this exclamation mark present, it should inflict Strength Down on your target. Use this against strong targets who use mostly Physical Arts instead of Ether arts, which you can tell by whether the Arts have red names. This will significantly lower their damage.
