How to Use Bone Upper
Use it by activating it in close proximity to a locked on enemy in combat, when your talent gauge is low as it fills the talent gauge on hit.

We recommend setting and investing into this Art if it works with the build you are running. Although this Art will not be quite as useful overall as some of Reyn's other ones, it certainly has its uses, and it won't hurt to have.
