In Team Monster Hunter, Olimar and Louie won't be able to reunite until the last cave. Start off by throwing some Pikmin to each other so that both leaders will have enough of each type.
While in the beginning it seems like both leaders have the opposite Pikmin type of what they need, they will both eventually need the ones they start with too. Rather than throwing them all over, only throw about half to the other side.
However, Olimar needs 10 Winged Pikmin, so when you find them as Louie, be sure and give Olimar all 10.
You will be able to pick up some Ultra-Spicy Nectar by defeating the Armored Cannon Larva. Throw Rock Pikmin directly at it to take it out, and pick up the nectar it drops.
The ideal time to use the spray would be before fighting the Spotty Bulbear.
Armored Cannon Larva: Locations, Weight, and How to Defeat
There will be a wall in the cave that Louie has to blow up using Bomb Rocks. There's a spot to the left of the wall that Pikmin can dig up, where you can get bomb rocks from. Even after blowing up the wall, you'll have an extra, so you should use it on the Spotty Bulbear nearby.
