    You can actually find Ho-Oh on level 1, too. I'd dropped my level because I'd missed the A Goofy Pose request, snapped a picture of the Monferno, and suddenly, Ho-Oh lol. I'd replayed level 3 since clearing the game but hadn't seen Ho-Oh yet.

    You can get a better shot of it on research level 2 above the room where you'd normally spawn the charizard, where the 2 charmanders and graveler are.

    They appear early in the level just look in the sky and get a picture. (Post game only).
