How to Clear Clefairy by Moonlight

Throw an Illumina Orb at the Crystabloom

In the second area where you descend down an open cave, find a group of Clefairy gathering around a crystabloom. Throw an Illumina orb at the crystabloom to illuminate the three Clefairy.

Play the Melody

While they are illuminated, play the Melody to make them dance. Wait for them to float before taking the 4-star snap.

Note that you may need to keep throwing Illumina Orbs at the Crystabloom to maintain the three Pokemon's illuminated state long enough for them to float around.
