How to Get All Stars for Absol

How to Take Absol 1 Star Photo

To take the best 1 Star photo of Absol, you need to get it to jump down from the ledge near the beginning of the Ruins course at Research Level 3. To get Absol to appear, you first need to feed the Houndoom to the left of the path a Fluffruit. Once Absol appears, play the Melody to get it to jump down and take a photo of it once it is close enough.

How to Take Absol 2 Star Photo

Alterting Absol

The first few steps to taking Absol's 2 Star photo are the same as its 1 Star photo. You first need to lure Absol down from the ledge near the start of the Ruins course at Research Level 3 by feeding Houndoom a Fluffruit and playing the Melody. After it jumps down, scan the area to alert the Absol and take a photo before it starts running into the hole.

How to Take Absol 3 Star Photo

Feed Absol Fluffruit

To take a 3 Star photo of Absol, you need to follow the steps to completing the A White Pokemon request and take a photo of Absol either eating the Fluffruit or rejoicing after eating it.

How to Take Absol 4 Star Photo

Good Friends

You can take a 4 Star photo of Absol by having it meet up with Umbreon near the end of the Ruins course at Research Level 3. First, you need to make Umbreon come out of hiding by following the steps to completing the Fading into the Shadows request. After revealing Umbreon, it will run off further into the ruins and you will see it again sleeping near the last Illumina Statue. Throw Several Illumina Orbs at the Pokemon to wake it up.

Once Umbreon is awake, you will see both Umbreon and Absol greeting each other near the exit of the course. Take a photo of Absol as it excitedly greets its friend.
