You can take a 1 Star photo of Talonflame by capturing the Pokemon while it is in flight. The best course to take this photo is in the Volcano Illumina Spot at Research Level 2 since Talonflame flies close to the player. Occasionally, Talonflame will not appear in the course and instead, you will see Archeops. If that is the case, just restart the course until Talonflame appears.

Near the start of the Volcano course at Research Level 2 or higher, you can see a Talonflame fly overhead as you pass through the narrow path after the hot springs. Take a photo of the Pokemon as it flies through to get a 2 Star photo.
It is recommended to use Burst Mode when taking this photo since Talonflame moves rather fast, and it is also best not to use Turbo Boost before going through the path since this might cause Talonflame to not appear.

To capture a photo of Talonflame eating a Fluffruit, you first have to get Talonflame to appear in the magma chamber near the end of the Volcano course at Research Level 3. After entering the cave and taking the main route, you can spot a Talonflame perched on a ledge above you. Hit the Talonflame with a Fluffruit to make it fly off to the final area of the course.
As you enter the magma chamber, you should see the Talonflame on a rock island to the left of the path. Toss a Fluffruit near the Talonflame and take a photo while or after it eats the Fluffruit.

To take a 4 Star photo of Talonflame, you need to follow the steps to completing the A Skilled Hunter request and take a photo of the Pokemon as it picks the Fluffruit off the ground.
