To take a 1 Star photo of Audino, you need to start the course on the Research Lab side near the Neo-One. Enter the Research Lab and take a close-up shot of Audino in a calm pose. Make sure its whole body is in the frame to achieve 1 Star Diamond.

To take a 2 Star photo of Audino, you need to start the course on the entrance side of the Research Camp. Wait till you get closer to Audino and throw a Fluffruit near it. Take a close-up shot of Audino eating a Fluffruit to achieve 2 Star Diamond.

Taking a 3 Star photo of Audino is similar to 2 Star. All you need to do is to play a Melody instead of feeding it with a Fluffruit and wait till it shakes its tail. Take a whole-body shot of Audino shaking its tail to achieve 3 Star Diamond.

To take a 4 Star photo of Audino, you need to feed Cutiefly with a Fluffruit. You can find Cutiefly in the grass near the porch of the Research Lab.
Once Cutiefly is done with its Fluffruit, it will fly and go near Audino. Play a Melody to make Audino dance and throw an Illumina Orb at it while it is dancing. Take a photo of a dancing Audino to achieve a 4 Star Diamond.
