After passing under the arch in Beach (Day) at Research Level 2 or higher, you can find a small group of Pyukumuku on a rock platform to the right of the path. Toss a Fluffruit near one of them and wait for the Pokemon to grab and eat it. After eating the Fluffruit, Pyumuku will let out a peace sign. Take a photo of the Pyukumuku as it shows peace.
It is recommended to use Burst Mode when taking this photo since the action happens rather quickly.

For the 3 star picture, don’t run into the crabawler at the very beginning of the course. If you do, it will slightly change your course and you won’t be close enough for a diamond picture. When the course begins immediately scan to startle the crabawler and speed up to zoom past.
