At the second alternate path in Jungle (Day) research-level 3, you'll find Sobble and Leafeon playing together. Once they stop, throw a Fluffruit near Leafeon and wait till it eats the Fluffruit.
When Leafeon starts eating it, throw another Fluffruit near Sobble and make sure to throw it somewhere you can see Sobble's face. Take a close-up photo of Sobble walking towards the Fluffruit to achieve the 1 Star Diamond.
