In Jungle (Night) with research-level 2, find Arbok roaming on the field on the right side. Throw as many Fluffruit to make him leave the area. Next, when you start crossing the big tree branch, look down and find the Crystabloom near the Ancient Ruins.
Light up the Crystabloom and scan the area while you pass through the branch to find Arbok. Lure Arbok to go near the lake using a Fluffruit to have a clear shot, and wait for it to eat it. Take a close-up picture of Arbok eating a Fluffruit to achieve a 2 Star Diamond.

In Jungle (Day), you'll find Arbok blocking the path. Hit it with a Fluffruit to make it move to its 2nd location. While Arbok is in the next location, lure it with Fluffruit to come near Venusaur. Before it eats the Fluffruit, use the Scan feature to wake up Venusaur. Once awake, Arbok will start screeching. Take a photo of Arbok screeching to achieve 3 Star Diamond.

To take a 4 Star Diamond Arbok is almost similar to taking a 3 Star. While it is moving away from its first location, throw many Fluffruit in front of it to make it go near Venusaur. Then, use the Scan feature to wake up Venusaur.
Get your camera ready once Venusaur starts walking towards the Fluffruits. Arbok will then start screeching and Venusaur will run away but before it does, take a nice photo of both of them. Also, make sure the pointer of your camera is targetting Arbok for it to register in your Photodex.
