Powerful Debuff Retaliation

Demonic Judgement

Prayer for Salvation

Elfriede's best used as a secondary Attacker that retaliates against witches that inflict many debuffs. Her skill, 'Demonic Judgement' increases her ATK the more debuffs the enemy gets. 'Prayer for Salvation' meanwhile helps her party's own ability to inflict debuffs.

Late-game stages have entire parties wiping each other out in a few turns, so Elfriede may potentially be better for PvP and Guild Raids instead. Still, Demonic Judgement's base damage is quite powerful already, so if you have enough copies to raise her rarity, then feel free to use her.

Elfriede has another attack that could work depending on your team's setup - 'Angelic Decimation' - which increases her ATK for each buff that all her allies are enhanced with. It's a bit weaker than 'Demonic Judgement,' but it eventually becomes powerful in its own right with proper leveling.

'The Pope's Blessing' meanwhile makes her somewhat into a tank, raising both her P. and M. DEF stats. The more allies with buffs that she has, the more DEF buffs Elfriede gets.

Give Elfriede ATK, PM. DEF Break, SPD, EVD, and CRIT RES Runes

Since Elfriede is your secondary attacker, give her ATK, PM. DEF Break, SPD, and CRIT runes so she has enough of a punch even on later levels. As for defensive runes, EVD, CRIT RES, and HP for survivability and Debuff RES so that her ATK stat is at full power during the battle.

Elfriede is best as a powerful secondary attacker on your team. With buffers like Olivia, Primavera, and Merlyn on board, she will be able to enhance her 'Angelic Decimation' attack alongside Florence or Cordie's own attacks. In case your team is debuffed, Elfriede can retaliate and deal massive damage to your enemies (provided that your party is still alive by that time).

Level 1 (Unlocks by default) The light of the Pope, the emissary of the angels, annihilates evil, providing the people with salvation. It is said that the more people wished for peace, the brighter the light shone to bring peace unto the world. Increases Elfriede’s chance to hit by 50% for 2 turns, and deals 1 physical attack equal to 400% of her ATK to 3 random enemies. The physical attack’s damage increases by 25% of Elfriede’s ATK for each buff that all allies are enhanced with (600% of her ATK max). Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) The increase in damage for each buff that all allies are enhanced with becomes equal to 50% of Elfriede’s ATK (800% of her ATK max). Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 800% of her ATK (1200% of her ATK max).

The physical attack’s damage increases by 200% of Elfriede’s ATK for each debuff that all targets are afflicted with (1200% of her ATK max). Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) The increase in damage for each debuff that all targets are afflicted with becomes equal to 400% of Elfriede’s ATK (1600% of her ATK max). Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The targets of this skill become 3 random enemies. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 1400% of her ATK (2200% of her ATK max).

If Elfriede is attacked and takes damage that exceeds 10% of her max HP, the damage is cut by 40%. The damage cutting activates 1 time every turn. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121) The number of times this skill grants its buff at the start of the battle becomes 4. The number the buff’s stack count increases by if she is granted a buff from an active skill becomes 4. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The amount her DEF, P. DEF, and M. DEF increases by becomes 10%.
