Since Elfriede is your secondary attacker, give her ATK, PM. DEF Break, SPD, and CRIT runes so she has enough of a punch even on later levels. As for defensive runes, EVD, CRIT RES, and HP for survivability and Debuff RES so that her ATK stat is at full power during the battle.

Elfriede is best as a powerful secondary attacker on your team. With buffers like Olivia, Primavera, and Merlyn on board, she will be able to enhance her 'Angelic Decimation' attack alongside Florence or Cordie's own attacks. In case your team is debuffed, Elfriede can retaliate and deal massive damage to your enemies (provided that your party is still alive by that time).

Elfriede's best used as a Secondary Attacker who can counter witches that inflict many debuffs. A vital part of her gameplay leverages on high amounts of inflicted debuffs at play, letting her deal buffed Physical Attacks.

Her skill Demonic Judgement increases her ATK the more debuffs the enemy gets afflicted with. Meanwhile her skill Prayer for Salvation increases her party's chance to inflict debuffs one enemies.

Greatly Enabled By Buff Units

Elfriede's active skill Angelic Decimation increases her ATK for each buff that all her allies are enhanced with. However, it will take proper levelling and getting the skill to at least Lv.2 for it to have considerable impact.

Capable of Being A Tank

While not exactly her strong suit, Elfriede is capable of being a tank for the team. Her skill The Pope's Blessing raises her DEF, P. DEF and M.DEF stats as well as grants her a damage cut 1 time every turh. This allows her to take less damage while her defenses become buffed.

It is said that the more people wished for peace, the brighter the light shone to bring peace unto the world. Increases Elfriede’s chance to hit by 50% for 2 turns, and deals 1 physical attack equal to 400% of her ATK to 3 random enemies. The physical attack’s damage increases by 25% of Elfriede’s ATK for each buff that all allies are enhanced with (600% of her ATK max).
Level 2 Unlocks by level 81
The increase in damage for each buff that all allies are enhanced with becomes equal to 50% of Elfriede’s ATK (800% of her ATK max).
Level 3 Unlocks by level 161
The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 800% of her ATK (1200% of her ATK max).
