Nina throws a tantrum, dealing 1 physical attack equal to 305% of her ATK to 5 random enemies. Before dealing the physical attack, if a target is enhanced with a buff, this skill has a 60% chance to dispel 1 buff from that target. If successful, this skill grants the dispelled buff’s effect to Nina. If the target is not enhanced with a buff, this skill decreases that target’s chance to inflict a debuff by 40% for 2 turns.

The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 380% of her ATK.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161)
The chance to dispel 1 buff from a target and grant it to Nina becomes 80%.

Before dealing the physical attack, if a target’s DEX is lower than Nina’s DEX, this skill dispels 1 debuff from Nina, and has a 80% chance to inflict the dispelled debuff’s effect on that target.
Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21)
The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 380% of her ATK.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101)
The chance to dispel her debuff and inflict it on a target becomes 100%.
Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181)
The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 480% of her ATK.

Nina is very useful when she's up against enemy buffers and debuffers. With her skill, Lost Child's Tears, she can dispel buffs granted to enemies while taking them for herself. It can even decrease their chance to inflict debuffs on their own. Her other skill, 'I Hate You!', can be used to hurl back any debuffs she's gotten.

What's also good with Nina is that she has skills that allow her to survive long enough to do her thing. 'I Can Still Walk' makes her harder to hit, while 'Shadow Tag' cuts the damage she takes. Pairing her with other witches that increase EVD like Dian could give better results.

Give PM. DEF Break, SPD, CRIT RES, and EVD Runes

DEX runes will increase the chances of her having more DEX than her opponents, which is the condition she has to fulfill to steal her opponent's buffs. For the other three offensive rune slots, opt for PM. DEF Break, CRIT, SPD, or ATK if you don't have extra PM. DEF Break runes.

For defensive runes, give Nina EVD, CRIT RES, and P. and M. DEF runes for survivability. These will help Nina become even harder to deal with on top of her evasion and damage cutting. You may not want to give her a Debuff RES rune since one of her skills reflects debuffs back at the enemy.

Though she's not that flashy in PvE, Nina is a good unit to use in PvP because of her use as a dodge tank. Park her next to Merlyn and have Dian in the team (for an added EVD boost provided that Nina has the highest ATK stat in your team).

Have Cordie in the team for added damage and DEF debuff support. The last member of the team could be Meria, who can give your team a SPD boost since Nina, Merlyn, and Cordie are all Emerald witches.

But if you don't have her, it wouldn't hurt to either have Mimi or Freesia in the team. The former can extend Mimi and Cordie's damage, while the latter can give Mimi an additional EVD buff on top of Dian's.
