Before restoring HP, if a target’s remaining HP percentage is 15% or lower, the amount that target’s HP is restored by is multiplied by 1.5.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101)
Before restoring HP, if a target’s remaining HP percentage is 15% or lower, additionally increases that target’s DEF by 20% for 2 turns.
Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181)
The amount a target’s HP is restored by becomes equal to 270% of Freesia’s MAG.

Final Tempest is a good AoE damage skill that becomes more powerful as Freesia's levels increase. However, its randomness can be a drawback in some situations. Flowers of Eden is an excellent healing skill that becomes more powerful and versatile as Freesia levels up. It is an excellent choice for any team that needs a strong healer.

The amount a target’s HP is restored by becomes equal to 20% of Freesia’s ATK.

Rainbow Wind is a great support skill that provides a strong damage reduction buff to all allies. Seeds of Love is an excellent self-healing skill that can heal an ally in need, but its reliance on RNG can be a drawback.
