Armstrong is a great (but expensive) DPS who deals heavy hits with her skills. Blitzkrieg Operation scales with Armstrong's ATK stat, and she attacks again if her targets are not defeated the first time around. Volley Fire applies a damage multiplier of up to 2x if the target's HP is at 50% or higher, and a guaranteed hit if their HP is below 50%.

The potency of damage cutting is further decreased by 2% for each time she deals a critical hit (the potency of damage cutting will not drop below 10%).
Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141)
Additionally, at the start of each turn, if she attacked and dealt a critical hit in the previous turn, this skill increases her ATK by 2% (cannot be dispelled). Her ATK is further increased by 2% for each time she dealt a critical hit (20% max).
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221)
The damage from the enemy’s attack is cut by 50%. The potency of damage cutting decreases by 2% for each time she deals a critical hit (the potency of damage cutting will not drop below 30%). The amount her ATK is further increased by becomes 3% (30% max).

Armstrong is also unique in that she's like a combination of Florence and Merlyn who can both benefit from dealing with critical attacks and increase the CRIT chance of herself and another ally. Parabellum increases Armstrong's CRIT DMG by 20% and CRIT Chance by up to 40%. The 40% CRIT Chance buff will also go to another ally with the highest SPD.

Her passive skill Elastic Defense meanwhile cuts the damage she receives as well as increases her ATK stat with every critical hit she makes. So the more critical hits Armstrong makes, the tankier and more powerful she becomes.

Since Armstrong will most likely be your main or secondary attacker, give her PM. DEF Break, SPD, DEX, and CRIT offensive runes. For defensive runes, give her CRIT RES, Debuff RES, EVD, and HP.

Armstrong is an expensive character to build because of her status as a limited SR character, so if you want to put her in your team, she'll most likely be a secondary attacker. On the plus side, she'll be the fastest witch on your team along with Cordie, who she can support with her Parabellum skill. You can eventually replace Cordie with another Chaos soul character like Illya's witch version if you can afford her.

Other party options include Mertillier for her ATK and skill cooldown buffs, Soltina for her Sleep and Faint debuffs, and Nina to steal the enemy's buffs. They can also eventually be replaced with other Chaos or Radiance-soul witches like Ophelia and Lunalynn.
